Real connection. Real support. Real fun.
Our one-to-one mentoring program matches Junior CoPilots (ages 6–17) with trained Lead CoPilots (ages 16–29) for weekly hangouts that build confidence, skills, and belonging. From homework help to pick-up sports and shared hobbies, youth show up for youth — creating trusted relationships that make a lasting difference.

Youth Training & Leadership Development

Building skills. Growing leaders. Creating pathways.
Youth CoPilots offers hands-on training and development workshops that equip Lead CoPilots with leadership, communication, and mentoring skills they can use for life. These sessions build confidence, responsibility, and real-world experience — preparing young people to lead, support others, and thrive in their communities.

More than a program — a community.
Through bi -monthly group activities like bowling nights, movie and pizza nights, and group sports, Youth CoPilots creates a welcoming community where youth feel connected, included, and excited to belong. These shared experiences strengthen friendships, reduce isolation, and help youth see themselves as part of something bigger.

This Program Is Also For Lead CoPilots (Ages 16–29)

Youth CoPilots is equally for young people who want to give back and grow.

Lead CoPilots are youth who:

  • Want to support and mentor younger youth

  • Are looking for leadership experience and skill development

  • Want meaningful volunteer or work-ready experience

  • Care about their community and want to make a positive impact

Lead CoPilots gain confidence, responsibility, transferable skills, and a strong sense of purpose — while helping others do the same
